Angel's story is all too common. Someone didn't want her anymore
so they dropped her off at a nearby office complex. I guess they
figured someone would take her home & love her. In this case,
that did happen, but she was very lucky.
Most of the time, the dogs become targets for criminal mischief,
or they get hit by cars & die in the street or in the gutter, or
they die of starvation, dehydration or parasites & diseases.

father. Unfortunately, the man was very old, frail & sick. Angel was too much for him to
handle so they called in a trainer to help them.
Everyone was happy for awhile but then the owner was hospitalized with a terminal
illness. Angel came to live with us until the family could figure out what to do. She never
went home. They asked us to take her & she is here, waiting for another "forever home."
Angel is obviously part Doberman & she is lithe, agile & intelligent as most Dobes are.
She does know how to open gates so a latch is a must. She loves to play & wants lots of
attention.

| Our beloved Angel never found her very own forever home. She crossed the bridge into the waiting arms of the rescuers who will love her for us unti we meet again. Rest well Angel. You're missed. |
